Amidst the crisp and the full moon nights, the Kutch Rann Utsav is a grandeur event that starts from October and ends in the second week of March every year. It is the most creative and unique idea that a tourism department of any government has taken to convert a place which was unproductive into the most visited place of India. During the monsoons, the Kutch area gets under the water while after that it is under the vast chunk of salts.
