Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival Port Blair

On arrival with meeting and assistance at the airport. Our Ghumney representative will meet to welcome and escort you and straight transfer to Hotel. Lunch is followed by a visit to the Cellular Jail, also known as Kala Pani. This site was the colonial jail during the British rule. Later on, continue to the Water Sports Complex to indulge in water sports such as banana ride, speed boat ride, jet skiing and so on. (Do not forget to carry clothes for changing). If you want, you can also relax at a seaside café. The evening is scheduled for the Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail, depicting the story of the freedom struggle brought alive. Stay overnight.

Day 2 : Port Blair – Havelock Island

After having breakfast, morning ferry to Havelock Island from Port Blair. The distance between the two destinations is covered in 2.5 hours. (Carry packed breakfast). On reaching, continue towards the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Later, in the evening, visit Beach No 7, or the very popular Radhanagar Beach. This beautiful beach has been rated as the 'Best Beach in Asia' by Time Magazine. Back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Havelock.

Day 3 : Havelock – Radha Nagar Beach (or Beach No. 7)

After breakfast, proceed for Radha Nagar Beach (or Beach No. 7) is the jewel in the crown of Havelock Island. Located on the western side of the island, it stands away from the cluster. The glorious white sand beach shot to global fame when Time magazine (in 2004) rated it as the finest in Asia. With lush tropical forest rising on a hill to one side, the draw of this white sand beach has steadily grown in the legion of avid beach buffs. The popularity of this beach has triggered cruises from across the Andaman Sea. A wide beach that runs over a few kilometers, Radha Nagar is simply stunning. It lends itself to a variety of activities. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 4 : Havelock - Port Blair

After having breakfast, complete the check-out and visit the beautiful Kalapathar beach. You drive past a scenic coastal road to arrive at the beach. After spending around an hour's time here, you move towards the jetty at Havelock Island to go aboard a ferry towards Port Blair. Ferry leaves at 1545 hours/1630 hours. On arrival in the evening, transfer to the hotel. Relax in the hotel. (Note: All the hotels at Havelock have morning check-out. Thus, you need to check-out before going to Kalapathar beach. You will either have to carry your luggage as you are not going to return to the hotel). Overnight stay.

Day 5 : Port Blair

After breakfast embark on a day long three island cruises. One of the most sought-after activities. It covers a panorama of seven harbors that include the North Bay and Ross island. It leaves a lasting impression. Visit Ross Island. The island is now under the Indian Navy. It stands now as a ruin of the bygone days with the old structures almost in debris. There is a small museum named Smritika, it holds photographs and the other antiques of the Britisher’s relevant to these islands. The island is famous for friendly flocks of Deer and lush green walking trails. North Bay, the water lovers may enjoy snorkeling or take a glass bottom boat ride (Optional on direct payment) in its shallow waters with a chance to see corals up close. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 6 : Port Blair Departure

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to airport/railway station to board flight/train for onward destination.
