Afterward, visit Gregory Lake and Victoria Park for a tranquil experience in this charming hill station.

Next, you’ll journey to Bentota, where you’ll stop at the beautiful Hakgala Botanical Gardens before relaxing at the beach. In Bentota, you’ll visit the Turtle Hatchery and enjoy a peaceful boat ride through the Madu River’s mangrove forests. The adventure continues with thrilling water sports, such as jet skiing and windsurfing, along Bentota's pristine coastline.

Your tour concludes in Colombo, where you'll explore the city’s landmarks, including the Dutch Church of Wolfendhal, Sea Street, and Independence Square. Itinerary

DAY 01 : ARRIVAL- PINNAWALA- KANDY
Upon arrival at the airport, proceed through immigration and visa formalities. After collecting your baggage, head to the arrival lounge and proceed through the green channel if you have no goods to declare. A representative from Hotel will announce your name and guide you to the car park or coach park to begin your journey according to the booked itinerary. Your first stop will be the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, located about 55 miles from Colombo, off the Colombo-Kandy road. Established in 1975, the orphanage was created to care for abandoned and injured elephants. Today, it houses over 65 elephants, including several babies born through a captive breeding program. The best times to visit are during the feeding sessions (0930-1000 hrs and 1330-1400 hrs) and the bathing sessions (1000-1030 hrs and 1400-1430 hrs), when the elephants are taken to the nearby river for a bath. After your visit, continue your journey to Kandy, where you will arrive and have the rest of the day to relax and enjoy the local surroundings at your leisure. An overnight stay at a hotel in Kandy is included, followed by a delicious dinner. This day promises a memorable experience with nature, wildlife, and cultural immersion.
DAY 02 : KANDY
After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, embark on a fascinating city tour of Kandy. Start by visiting the Royal Botanical Gardens which cover 147 acres and were originally established in 1374 as a royal pleasure garden. The gardens are home to over 5,000 species of trees and plants, including many endemic species and flora from tropical regions. The Spice Garden and Orchid House are among the highlights that attract many visitors. Next, explore Kandy, the hill capital of Sri Lanka, famous for its annual Perahera festival. Kandy holds significant historical value as the last stronghold of the Sinhala Kings before being ceded to the British in 1815. The city is a living testament to Buddhism's influence in Sri Lanka, with numerous temples, shrines, and monasteries that uphold Buddhist traditions. One of the key attractions is the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a revered site in Sri Lankan Buddhism. The relic, believed to be a tooth of the Buddha, was brought to Sri Lanka in the 4th century A.D. and has since become one of the most sacred relics in the Buddhist world. In the evening, enjoy a Kandy Cultural Dance Performance, showcasing Sri Lanka's rich traditions and performing arts. Afterward, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kandy, with breakfast and dinner provided.
DAY 03 : KANDY- NUWARA ELIYA
After enjoying a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, depart for Nuwara Eliya. Along the way, make stops to explore a tea plantation and factory, and witness the stunning Ramboda Waterfall. Upon arrival in Nuwara Eliya, embark on a city tour. Known as ‘Little England’ of Sri Lanka, Nuwara Eliya is nestled amidst beautiful mountains, valleys, waterfalls, and tea plantations. With its cool climate, it’s often considered one of the coldest spots on the island, but the weather is more akin to an English spring day, with cooler evenings. The British influence is evident in the architecture, with cottages and Queen Anne-style mansions dotting the landscape. Next, visit the Seetha Amman Temple, linked to the epic tale of the kidnapping of Sita by Ravana, the King of Lanka. According to legend, Ravana hid Sita in several places, and this temple is located in the Ashoka Forest, one of those sites. It is believed that Sita meditated by the stream near the temple, seeking solace in nature. DAY 04 : NUWARA ELIYA - BENTOTA

DAY 05 : BENTOTA

Established in 1986, the hatchery focuses on the protection and survival of these rare species for future generations. Next, embark on a Mangrove Boat Ride along the Madu River (Madu Ganga). Located in Balapitiya on Sri Lanka's southwest coast, Madu Ganga is a beautiful lagoon surrounded by hundreds of islands. DAY 07 : COLOMBO
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a city tour of Colombo. Start with a drive through the bustling commercial areas and the peaceful, tree-lined streets of Cinnamon Gardens, known for its charming residential homes. Explore key landmarks, including Fort, the former British administrative center and military garrison. Continue to Sea Street, the Goldsmith’s quarters in the vibrant heart of Pettah, and visit the Bazaar area, where you can also find a beautifully ornate Hindu temple with intricate stone carvings. Next, visit the Dutch Church of Wolfendhal, built in 1749, and the BMICH (Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall). Don’t miss seeing the impressive replica of the Avukana Buddha and the historic Independence Square.
