Armenia Short tour

1. Booking Confirmation
A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from the tour operator. Availability of hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other services is subject to confirmation.

2. Payment
The applicable advance payment and balance payment must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Any outstanding amount must be paid before the departure date as specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting non-refundable supplier charges, cancellation fees, and applicable administrative costs.

4. Hotel & Accommodation
Hotels will be provided as per the confirmed category and availability. Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel's standard policies. Any additional hotel charges, including meals, minibar, room service, or damages, are payable directly by the guest.

5. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, local circumstances, operational requirements, road conditions, attraction closures, or other unforeseen situations. The tour operator may modify the sequence of sightseeing while maintaining the overall tour experience.

6. Transportation & Sightseeing
Transportation and sightseeing will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed itinerary. No refund will normally be provided for sightseeing, transportation, meals, or other services voluntarily missed by the traveler.

7. Travel Documents & Visa
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, permits, travel insurance, and other required travel documents are valid and available. Visa approval and entry into Armenia are subject to the decision of the relevant authorities.

8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other applicable travel risks. The tour operator is not responsible for expenses arising from the absence of adequate insurance.

9. Personal Expenses
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, minibar, shopping, optional activities, tips, porterage, and other expenses not specifically included in the package price are payable by the traveler.

10. Force Majeure
The tour operator shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, or additional costs caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics, flight disruptions, or other force majeure events.

11. Health & Fitness
Travelers should ensure that they are physically fit and medically suitable for the activities included in the itinerary. Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special assistance requirements should be communicated before booking.

12. Guest Responsibility
Travelers must comply with local laws, hotel regulations, transportation rules, and instructions provided by the tour operator or local representatives. Any costs resulting from damage, misconduct, or violation of local regulations will be the responsibility of the traveler.

13. Unused Services
No refund will be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, transfers, sightseeing, or other services that are not utilized voluntarily by the traveler after the tour has commenced.

14. Pricing & Inclusions
The package price and inclusions are strictly as stated in the confirmed quotation or booking confirmation. Any service not specifically mentioned as included will be considered excluded and charged separately where applicable.

15. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the tour deposit or confirmation of the booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the traveler.
