·         One free amendment per booking is permitted up to 45 days prior to departure.

·         Amendments within 44 days of departure will incur a change fee as advised.

·         Once documents are issued, reissue fees apply. Airfare restrictions may also apply.

4. Late Bookings

Bookings made within 7 days of departure may incur a late booking fee, as advised at the time of reservation.

5. Prices & Currency Fluctuations

·         Prices are quoted based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of booking.

·         We reserve the right to adjust tour prices due to changes in airfares, taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel rates, or other supplier costs until full payment is received.

6. Travel Arrangements & Changes

·         While every effort is made to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to amend itineraries, flights, hotels, or other arrangements due to circumstances beyond our control.

·         If a program is cancelled by us before departure, clients will be offered an alternative tour or a refund of monies paid (less any non-recoverable costs).

·         We are not liable for changes arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to flight cancellations, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Accommodation

·         Accommodation is based on standard single, twin, or double rooms unless otherwise specified.

·         Triple rooms are not guaranteed; a rollaway bed may be provided where available.

·         Photos of hotel rooms are for reference only; actual rooms may vary.

8. Guaranteed Departures

·         Group tours may require a minimum of two participants and are subject to airline seat availability.

9. Travel Documents & Baggage

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, covering cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, theft, and other unforeseen events.

11. Limitation of Liability

·         Ghumney acts only as an agent for independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.). All tickets, vouchers, and services are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
