This incredible 16-day journey combines cultural exploration and a once-in-a-lifetime Himalayan trekking experience. Your adventure begins in Delhi, where you’ll discover the historical and cultural highlights of India’s vibrant capital. From there, you’ll fly to Kathmandu, Nepal’s spiritual heart, to explore ancient temples and sacred landmarks.

Next, drive to Pokhara, a tranquil lakeside city and the starting point of your Annapurna adventure. Begin your trek with a scenic journey to Dhampus, then continue through picturesque villages like Landrung, Chomrung, and Dovan. Hike through rhododendron forests, cross rivers, and ascend mountain trails while enjoying views of towering peaks such as Annapurna South, Machapuchare, and Hiunchuli.

Reach the majestic Annapurna Base Camp, surrounded by Himalayan giants at over 4,000 meters. Spend time soaking in the views before descending back through serene trails to the charming village of Ghandruk, known for its Gurung culture and stunning landscapes.

After concluding your trek in Pokhara, return to Kathmandu for final shopping and relaxation before your departure. Itinerary

Day 1 : ARRIVAL DELHI
On arrival with meeting and assistance at the airport/railway station. Our Ghumney representative will meet to welcome and escort you and straight transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2 : DELHI
After having breakfast, get ready for sightseeing of New and Old Delhi. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi
Day 3 : DELHI - KATHMANDU
After having breakfast, get transferred to the airport for boarding a flight to Kathmandu. Once arrived, get transferred to the hotel. The afternoon is free for leisure activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 : KATHMANDU
After having breakfast, enjoy full- day city tour. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 : KATHMANDU - POKHARA
After having breakfast, hit the road for Pokhara. Once you arrive, check- in at the hotel. Explore the surroundings. Overnight stay.
Day 6 : DHAMPUS
After having breakfast, start your road journey towards the North-West. Cross the Yamdi Khola valley. Reach your first trekking point - Dhampes Phedi from where you will start your 2-hour trek after which you will reach Dhampus, a serene hamlet. Overnight in the tents.
Day 7 : LANDRUNG
After having breakfast. The trek route of today is filled some mesmerizing views where you are going you cross villages, tea houses and forests. Once you reach Deurali (6,890 ft), downward trek towards Bheri Kharka, a sheep pasture starts. Halt at Modi Khola valley, for lunch. Nearby is Landrung, your tent base for an overnight stay.
Day 8 : CHOMRUNG
After having breakfast. Start your trek through the Modi Khola valley, while enjoying views of Southern Annapurna, Machapucchare, Homunculi and Annapurna. The start is with a descent to the river, then is the climb. Have lunch at Jhinu, a hot spring. Overnight stay in tents.
Day 9 : DOVAN
After having breakfast, the initial trek some beautiful views but slowly the trek is through dense bamboo and rhododendron forests where you can also enjoy bird watching. Halt for lunch in midway. After some more of trekking, reach Dovan. Overnight stay.
Day 10 : MACACHAPUCCHARE BASE CAMP
After having breakfast, walk deeper into the Modi Khola valley; finally you reach the extremely popular Hinku cave. Enjoy lunch here. The spot is quite close to the Homunculi Peak, that lies in the background. From here, you can have a view of Machapucchare. After a couple of hours, you will reach Machapucchare Base Camp.
Day 11 : ANNAPURNA BASE CAMP - DOVAN
After having breakfast, start your drive towards Bundi. Once you arrive, check into the hotel. Enjoy and explore the surroundings today. Overnight stay.
Day 12 : CHOMRUNG
After having breakfast, start your trek towards Chomrung for an overnight stay.
Day 13 : GHANDRUK
After having breakfast, you will start a descending steep trek to Kimrong Khola. Stop for lunch. You will get the view of the southern side of Ghandruk (headquarters of Annapurna Conservation Area), a quaint village, and close to Annapurna South and Huinchul.
Day 14 : POKHARA
After having breakfast, start your short trek towards the south of the Modi Khola valley. After a while start moving southwest towards the road to Naipaul. After around half an hour, you will cross Birethanti, from where you will drive to Pokhara. After arriving, check- in at the hotel. The afternoon is free for leisure activities. Overnight stay.
Day 15 : KATHMANDU
After having breakfast, start your road journey back to Kathmandu. After you arrive, check into the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 16 : DEPART KATHMANDU
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to airport/railway station to board flight/train for onward destination. End of Our Services ( Check-in/ Check-out time is 1200 Hrs. at all hotels)
