Day 1 : ARRIVAL IN TOKYO

Welcome to Japan Arrive in Tokyo, one of the world’s most dynamic and captivating cities. After completing airport formalities, transfer to your hotel and check in. Take the evening at leisure to relax after your journey and experience your first glimpse of Tokyo at your own pace. Your Japan adventure begins!

Day 2 : FULL-DAY TOKYO SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, begin your full-day Tokyo sightseeing tour. Start with the Tokyo Imperial Palace, surrounded by beautiful gardens, historic stone walls, and tranquil landscapes in the heart of the capital. Continue to Asakusa, one of Tokyo’s most traditional districts, and visit the iconic Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest temple. Explore Nakamise-dori, the lively shopping street leading to the temple, lined with traditional stores, local snacks, and souvenirs. Later, visit Tokyo Skytree, one of Japan’s most prominent landmarks. From its observation decks, enjoy spectacular panoramic views across Tokyo and, weather permitting, the surrounding region. Return to the hotel after a memorable day exploring the highlights of Tokyo.

Day 3 : TEAMLAB PLANETS & AKIHABARA

After breakfast, visit teamLab Planets Tokyo in Toyosu, an immersive digital art experience where light, sound, water, and interactive installations come together to create a unique visual journey. Later, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Akihabara, Tokyo’s famous district for electronics, anime, manga, gaming, and pop culture. Explore its numerous specialty stores, arcades, and shopping streets, with time to shop for technology, collectibles, souvenirs, and Japanese pop-culture merchandise. Return to the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 4 : MOUNT FUJI & LAKE KAWAGUCHI

Today, embark on a scenic excursion to the Mount Fuji region. Begin with Oishi Park, located along the shores of Lake Kawaguchi. Enjoy beautiful views of Mount Fuji across the lake, complemented by seasonal flowers and picturesque surroundings. Continue to Arakurayama Sengen Park, home to the renowned Chureito Pagoda and Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine. From the park, admire one of Japan’s most iconic views, featuring the five-storied pagoda with Mount Fuji in the background. Proceed to Fujiyoshida, where you will have time to enjoy lunch at your own expense and explore the area at leisure. Return to Tokyo after a scenic day surrounded by some of Japan’s most beautiful landscapes.

Day 5 : TOKYO TO KYOTO BY SHINKANSEN

After breakfast, transfer to the station for your journey from Tokyo to Kyoto aboard Japan’s renowned Shinkansen (Bullet Train). Experience one of the world’s most efficient and comfortable rail journeys as the train travels at high speed through Japan’s changing landscapes. Sit back, relax, and enjoy views of the countryside as you make your way towards Kyoto. Upon arrival in Kyoto, transfer to your hotel and check in. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax or explore the surroundings independently.

Day 6 : KYOTO & NARA

After breakfast, set out on a full-day excursion to experience the historic and cultural treasures of Kyoto and Nara. Begin in Nara, one of Japan’s most historically significant cities. Visit Nara Deer Park, where friendly deer roam freely throughout the park and are considered sacred messengers in Japanese tradition. Continue to Todai-ji Temple, one of Japan’s most celebrated Buddhist temples and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The temple is home to the magnificent Great Buddha (Daibutsu), one of the largest bronze Buddha statues in the world. Continue exploring the cultural highlights of the region before returning to Kyoto.

Day 7 : KYOTO SIGHTSEEING & TRANSFER TO OSAKA

After breakfast, check out and begin your sightseeing tour of Kyoto before continuing by road to Osaka. Start at Fushimi Inari Taisha, one of Kyoto’s most iconic landmarks, famous for its thousands of vibrant red torii gates winding through the forested hillside. Continue to Sanjusangen-do Temple, renowned for its remarkable collection of 1,001 statues of Kannon, creating one of Kyoto’s most impressive and serene cultural experiences. Day 8 : OSAKA SIGHTSEEING

Visit Osaka Castle, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Originally constructed in 1583, the castle played an important role in Japan’s history and remains one of Osaka’s most recognizable symbols. Continue to the Osaka Museum of Housing and Living, where you can experience a fascinating recreation of Osaka as it appeared during the Edo period. Explore traditional streets, houses, and everyday life from historic Japan. Continue your exploration of Osaka before returning to the hotel.

Day 9 : DEPARTURE FROM OSAKA

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for your transfer to the airport for your onward journey. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
A booking confirmation and final itinerary will be provided once the arrangements are confirmed.
Prices are based on the services and inclusions mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable advance payment of [25%] is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid [30 days] prior to departure.
Bookings made within [45 days] of departure may require full payment at the time of confirmation.
Any additional bank, payment gateway, or currency conversion charges will be borne by the traveller, where applicable.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges will apply according to the date on which the cancellation request is received.
Any non-refundable amounts charged by airlines, hotels, railway operators, attractions, or local suppliers will be deducted from the refundable amount.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed tours, late arrivals, or voluntary withdrawal from the itinerary.
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the supplier's individual policies.

4. Flights & Transportation

Flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and seating are subject to airline rules and availability.
Bullet Train and other rail tickets are subject to availability and applicable railway conditions.
Any changes, cancellations, or delays caused by airlines or railway operators are governed by their respective policies.
Transportation arrangements may be modified when required due to operational, weather, or safety considerations.

6. Sightseeing & Itinerary

The itinerary is planned based on the attractions, transportation, and services available at the time of booking.
Sightseeing order may be changed due to operational requirements, weather conditions, local events, maintenance, or other circumstances.
Some attractions may be temporarily closed or inaccessible without prior notice.
No refund will normally be provided for sightseeing attractions that cannot be visited due to circumstances beyond the tour operator's control.

7. Weather & Natural Events

Japan may experience weather conditions, earthquakes, typhoons, heavy snowfall, or other natural events that can affect transportation and sightseeing.
In such circumstances, the tour operator will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives, subject to availability.
Additional costs arising from circumstances beyond the operator's control may be payable by the traveller.

8. Visa & Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents.
Passport validity and visa requirements must be checked before travel.
The tour operator is not responsible for losses arising from visa rejection, incomplete documentation, incorrect information, or refusal of entry by immigration authorities.

9. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive international travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.
Insurance should ideally cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss/delay, travel interruption, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Travellers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance before departure.

10. Meals & Special Requests

11. Personal Belongings

Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, passports, valuables, and luggage throughout the journey.
The tour operator will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence on the operator's part.

12. Health & Fitness

Travellers should ensure they are physically fit to participate in the activities included in the itinerary.

Travellers should inform the tour operator of any relevant mobility requirements or special assistance needs before departure.

13. Force Majeure

The tour operator shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, earthquakes, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.
Any additional expenses resulting from such circumstances will generally be borne by the traveller unless otherwise covered by insurance or supplier arrangements.

14. Changes to the Tour

Reasonable changes to hotels, transportation, sightseeing arrangements, or the sequence of activities may be made when necessary.
Wherever possible, the tour operator will provide an alternative of comparable standard.
Any significant changes will be communicated to the traveller as soon as reasonably possible.

15. Traveller Responsibility

Travellers are expected to comply with local laws, regulations, cultural practices, hotel rules, and instructions provided by the tour operator or local representatives.
Any costs arising from damage to hotel property, transportation, or other services caused by the traveller will be the traveller's responsibility.

16. Final Travel Documents

Final vouchers, hotel details, transportation information, and other travel documents will be provided after full payment and confirmation of arrangements.
Travellers are advised to carefully review all final documents and immediately report any discrepancies.

17. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of the booking amount constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By confirming the tour, the traveller acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and supplier rules.
